every commission starts long before a drawing is made.
it begins with understanding the person who will live with the object.a stone may already exist, or we begin by finding one.
proportion is studied.
ideas are drawn.
forms are tested and refined.
materials are considered around the object and the person.
only then do we begin to make.
each piece is developed individually within the studio, allowing the conversation to continue from the first drawing to the final form.

begin the processfounded by Bruno Candido and Leandro Riccioppo, fenda studio grew from a shared interest in objects, art, architecture and the way people live with things. Bruno's background in architecture and visual arts informs the studio's approach to proportion, structure and composition, while years of making jewellery by hand have shaped a practice where design and making remain closely connected. founded in Sydney in 2020, the studio relocated to the Netherlands in 2026, beginning a new european chapter while remaining deliberately small and hands-on.
