once your piece leaves our studio, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number. this allows you to follow your order’s journey — from our hands to yours

return policies

our return policy extends for 30 days, in line with australian consumer law. to be eligible, your piece must be returned to our studio within this timeframe, in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags
